RT Internships typically run from January – April for winter/spring, May – August for summer, and September – December for fall, but we’re flexible.
The number of interns we hire for each session depends on workload and needs within a department, but we usually have a position each in Account Service, Account Planning, and Creative.
Our interns do 85-90% real work, with 10-15% of your day made up of support duties including phones, mail delivery and runs for party supplies. We believe respect comes from effort, and love interns who are willing to put in the work. The more work they put in, the further they’ll go.
